About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our users adopt AccountIQ, achieve their goals, and find long-term success with our platform. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive retention, and ensure customers see real value in using AccountIQ.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to share customer insights, resolve issues, and shape the roadmap. Your role is key in building trust and strong relationships with our users. This role is fully remote and reports to the CEO. It is open to candidates across Hungary, with preference for those in Budapest.

Job description

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention

  • Help customers adopt Pandawa and reach their goals

  • Act as a trusted advisor and share best practices

  • Collect and share user feedback with product and engineering

  • Create resources like guides, webinars, and tutorials

Minimum requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management

  • Experience working with SaaS products

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record in managing renewals and growth
