Privacy notice for applicants to Phantic Kft. job offers

Phantic Limited Liability Company ("we," "us," "our service," "Company"), as Data Controller (Company Registration Number: 06-09-030619, Tax Number: 32861196-2-06, Address: 6722 Szeged, Hajnóczy utca 18. fszt. 1.) is committed to protecting your ("Data Subject") personal data. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you apply for one of our advertised positions.

1. Information we collect

When you apply for a job, we process various personal data about you for the purposes of evaluating your application and complying with legal requirements, including:

3. Sharing data with third-party vendors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. In certain cases, we share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help us achieve our various data processing objectives (e.g., payroll, payments, communication with various authorities), provided that these parties agree to keep the data confidential.

We may also share your data if required by law, if required by court order, or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to comply with a government request.

Data may be transferred to third parties for the following purposes:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta

It is important to note that data transfer to third parties listed in the "Analytics" row is done by accepting cookies. If you have not consented to cookies, we will not transfer data to these parties.

In all cases, the data is stored within the European Union by all our third-party service providers, meaning that personal data does not leave the EEA.

4. Data security and retention

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use, modification, or destruction. However, it is important to note that no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data for 30 days after an unsuccessful application. The 30 day retention period starts when you have been notified that your application has been unsuccessful. At the end of the retention period, your data will be deleted without separate notification.

5. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

  • I. Request access to personal data about you that our company processes.

  • II. Request the correction or, with certain exceptions, deletion of your personal data.

  • III. Restrict the processing of your personal data in certain cases.

  • IV. Object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases where the legal basis for the processing is our company's legitimate interest and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. 

  • V. To receive the personal data processed about you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have our company transfer it to another data controller.

  • VI. To withdraw your consent if the legal basis for the data processing in question is consent. If your consent is withdrawn, Phantic cannot process your personal data, therefore your application will be dismissed. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. You can set your browser to reject all cookies or to notify you when cookies are sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use certain parts of our Service.

Our site uses Google Analytics to track traffic and user activity using the Measurement Protocol.

It appears when the page loads and allows you to accept all analytics cookies, reject all cookies (except those essential for the functioning of the site), or accept or reject the collection of certain cookies according to your preferences.
